WHAT YOU'LL FEEL
Slight peeling or flaking and tingling sensation as skin acclimates is normal and indicates the product is working. If excessive drying, redness or peeling occurs during the first two or three weeks, skip treatment for a day or two, then restart slowly.

If skin shows no reaction, increase usage to twice daily, or move up to the next level of Vivant’s Retinoid REt (RP)™ (Vitamin A). You should experience some light peeling every week.

HOW TO USE / DIRECTIONS

When to use: PM, Regimen Step 3
Can be used on: face, neck, and chest
Start usage every other day for two weeks by applying over the entire area (no spot treating). After two weeks, apply daily. Mild irritation is normal. If this occurs, skip a few days and restart every other day. Shake well before use.

Use at night. If exposed to the sun, wear a hat and repeat your sunscreen application every 2 hours. Avoid sun exposure.

I'm a huge fan of every Vivant product I've ever tried. I was using a regiment with completely clear skin for quite some time while also on Spiralactone for some hormonal acne. When I stopped the medication, I began to experience just a few hormonal breakouts again but not nearly as bad as before. I see changes every time I use it

Have a lot of texture with stubborn acne bumps. This is helping every time I use it. I get a little pink the first 24 hrs, then have some flakes in days 2-3. I don’t usually have irritation but sometimes it brings other acne to the surface, but then I’m definitely smoother!

When you first begin using a dermatological product, your skin will go through a period of acclimation as it adjusts to the new ingredients. This acclimation period may take anywhere from 30-60 even 90 Days, depending on your skin type and condition and most importantly your consistency.

The skin may appear rosy and pink. There will be purging, dryness, tightness, irritation, redness, and itching, as well as some light flaking or exfoliation due to exfoliation and acclimation of the products. That’s desirable. These are the signs of cellular regeneration and real change in your skin. You will not see the desired results without some of these signs of acclimation occurring. If, however, your skin is stinging or inflamed. Slow back down again, meaning reduce usage to once a day every third day, and gradually ramp back up to daily usage.
