Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Q:Can I edit or cancel my order?
A:

Any changes or cancellations to orders must be made before an order is shipped.  If your order has not yet shipped, please have your order number ready and contact our Customer Care team at  info@vivantskincare.com

Q:When will my order ship?
A:

Orders placed ship within 48 business hours.

Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
A:

Once your order ships, it usually arrives within three to five business days.

Q:Where do you ship?
A:

We ship to US addresses, including Alaska and Hawaii, and US territories.

Q:What delivery method is available?
A:

Orders within the U.S. ship via UPS. Orders to U.S. territories ship via USPS.

Q:How much does shipping cost?
A:

Shipping is free on all orders of $75 and above. If your order is less than $75, the shipping fee is $10.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Q:What is your return/refund policy?
A:

Your ultimate satisfaction is our goal. We gladly accept returns for purchases made on vivantskincare.com within 60 days of the purchase date.  All returns must be pre-approved by our Customer Care team and include a valid return authorization number.

Please also note that regimen bundles purchased at special pricing must be returned as a complete set.  Individual products from a bundle are not eligible for separate return or refund.
