Q: How do I qualify for the 10% discount?
A: To unlock the 10% discount, you need to select one product from each of the four core categories: Cleanser, Toner, Corrective Serum, and Protector/Hydrator. Once all four slots are filled, your discount is automatically applied. The optional 5th product can be from any category.
Q: Can I return my custom regimen?
A: Custom regimens are non-refundable as they are specially bundled for you at a discounted price. However, if you experience any issues with a product, please contact our customer care team and we'll work with you to find a solution.
Q: How do I know which products are right for my skin?
A: You can take our skin consultation quiz or book a free video chat with one of our skincare experts for personalized recommendations based on your skin type and concerns.
Q: What order should I apply my products?
A: Apply products in this order: Cleanser → Toner → Corrective Serum → Protector/Hydrator. This sequence ensures optimal absorption and effectiveness. In the morning, always finish with SPF if your protector doesn't include it.
Q: Can I add more than 5 products?
A: The Build Your Regimen feature allows up to 5 products. If you'd like additional products, you can add them separately to your cart and they'll receive standard pricing. The 10% discount only applies to the regimen bundle.
