Return Policy Retail
We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges for any VivantSkinCare.com purchases and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 60 days of the PURCHASE date. All returns must be pre-approved by a customer service representative.
Please note, when purchasing a specially priced regimen bundle, products from the bundle may not be returned individually. All four regimen products must be returned together to be eligible for a refund.
Please follow these instructions:
Place the unused item in its original condition into original shipper packaging.
Contact our Customer Service Department at 1.800.984.8268 or email@example.com to obtain your RA (Return Authorization) number.
We will e-mail you an Electronic Return Label and a summary of the RA transaction for your records.
- Take your package to the nearest UPS store. Once we receive your returned product(s), we will issue your replacement or refund immediately.

All RAs are valid for only 30 days. Any returned item not listed on your RA will not be credited or replaced, and will not be returned.
