Returns & Exchanges

Your ultimate satisfaction is our goal. We gladly accept returns for purchases made on VivantSkinCare.com within 60 days of the purchase date. 

All returns must be pre-approved by our Customer Care team and include a valid Return Authorization (RA) number.

To initiate a return, please follow these instructions: 

1. Contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-984-8268 or info@vivantskincare.com to obtain your RA (Return Authorization) number. 

2. We will e-mail you an Electronic Return Label and a summary of the RA transaction for your records.

3. Take your package to the nearest UPS store. Once we receive your returned product(s), we will issue your replacement or refund immediately. 

If you wish to return your package with your own preferred mail carrier, you will still need to initiate a return authorization online before sending. To ensure a quick and secure delivery, we recommend sending your return with insurance protection and keeping a copy of your return tracking number.

Please note:

-Regimen bundles purchased at special pricing must be returned as a complete set. Individual products from a bundle are not eligible for separate return or refund.

-Regimen bundles, which include Build Your Own and Dr. Fulton Regimens, are not eligible for return without a consultation.

-All Return Authorization numbers are valid for 30 days. Items not listed on your RA will not be credited, replaced, or returned.

Requests for returns more than 60 days after the purchase date will not be honored. We do not currently offer exchanges.
