Now is a good time to be doing everything you can to support your immune system. First and foremost, a strong immunity will help protect your health. As a bonus, it’s good for your skin.
Getting good sleep, eating well, reducing stress, exercising (even if you can’t get outdoors) are all integral to a strong immunity. But because we’re all home with time on our hands, and we’re obsessed with what to cook, we’re going to focus on food.
