Disillusioned with ineffective acne treatments of the day, Dr. James E. Fulton and medical researcher, Sara Fulton, opened the nation’s first acne clinic where they began developing their own products for their dermatology office. The unprecedented results achieved by their patients captured the attention of dermatologists around the world.
As their products became some of the most relied upon in the industry, the Fultons expanded production, and Sara Fulton became one of the first women to own and operate an FDA-approved manufacturing facility.
Sara’s vision led to the expansion of their products into a comprehensive clinical line treating a full range of skin issues. Building on Dr. Fulton’s groundbreaking work, Sara Fulton launched Vivant Skin Care in 1990 with a mission to provide life-changing skincare.
