Good news, as a customer of House of CB you're entitled to our standard free delivery service. Standard delivery operates weekdays Mon - Fri 8am to 7pm. To ensure you get all your goods before the weekend, please place your order by Tuesday to receive by Friday at the latest.

All UK orders take approx 2-3 working day, however if your item is located in a different warehouse it can take up to 6-7 working days.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Need that item asap? All our items state whether they’re available for UK next working day delivery. If it’s a match, then next working day delivery needs to be placed by 5.00pm to be received the following day by 7.00pm latest.

Next day delivery costs 5.99GBP.

Next day delivery is only for the next working day, so if you’ve placed an order on Friday after 5pm or the weekend, then you’ll receive it on the following Tuesday.

Bank holidays and public holidays are for resting, so any next day deliveries placed on these days will be despatched on the next working day and delivered to the customer the following day.

SATURDAY DELIVERY

Saturday delivery is delivered on the first Saturday after the order is placed. Orders must be placed on or before Friday by 5.00pm to be delivered on Saturday.

Saturday delivery costs 10GBP.

If you’re nominated day is Saturday but you’ve ordered in the week, it’s cool. We hold on to your items and make sure it’s despatched on time so it’s delivered exactly when you want it.

DELIVERY SERVICE

All our deliveries are handled by DPD or Parcelforce.

Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service.

Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no-one is in, we’ll make sure we leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot.

Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Need that item asap? Next working day delivery needs to be placed by 4.00pm Pacific time to be delivered up to 4.30pm the next working day.

USA Next day delivery costs USD15 up to 3 products. Subsequently, it will cost USD15 up to 3 more products.

Next day delivery is only for the next working day, so if you’ve placed an order on Friday after 4pm Pacific time or on the weekend, then you’ll receive it on the following Tuesday.

Bank holidays and public holidays are for resting, so any next day deliveries placed on these days will be despatched on the next working day and delivered to the customer the following day.

Unfortunately, we don’t deliver to all USA locations. Delivery excludes: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.

We try our best to get deliveries out to you on time, but sometimes international deliveries can take longer than expected.

Guess what! We have return depots located in the UK, USA and Australia, making it easy to return your items. The best part? Return addresses will be included with your order.

Want to return your order to a HoCB Store? You can now return your online purchase to our stores in Westfield Stratford, Manchester, and Liverpool in the UK. In the US you can return your online purchase to Melrose Avenue, Los Angeles.

RETURNS

Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at House of CB we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by House of CB when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

Luckily, our return instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery makes sending it back hassle free. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt.

Mislaid your returns sheet? Don’t panic. Just send us over an email at RETURNS@HOUSEOFCB.COM and we’ll be happy to help you out.

When filling out the sheet, please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange

Some items are not eligible for a return or refund, but don’t worry. We make sure our designs clearly state this for you.

Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item. Please note SALE items are refunded via Gift Cards.

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.

We’re happy to process store credit refunds and these will be displayed as a code in your email inbox. This will be made available immediately after 2-3 days of processing.

Credit notes can only be used in our online store.

EXCHANGES

Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at House of CB we’re happy to accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security ribbons and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.

Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by House of CB when sent back.

Luckily, our return instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery makes sending it back hassle free. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 14 days of receipt and identify which item you would like replaced.

Mislaid your returns sheet? Don’t panic. Just send us over an email at RETURNS@HOUSEOFCB.COM and we’ll be happy to help you out.

Feel free to be picky. You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge. We offer 2 exchanges for every item.

If you want to treat yourself even more and the replacement costs extra, a gift card will need to be purchased for the difference. Please let us know if you have made the purchase at RETURNS@HOUSEOFCB.COM

If the replacement is less expensive than the original, don’t worry. We’ll make sure the difference is refunded back to your original payment methods. Alternatively, you may refund the original item and then purchase the new, lower-priced item.

SALE ITEMS

We can only refund returned sale items by credit note for use on our online store.

3 for £130 deals are not returnable for exchange or refund.

£45 sale items are not returnable for exchange or refund.

LATE RETURNS

We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you.

CARRIERS TO RETURN

Use your local post office with a signed-for service and ask for a tracking number so you can follow your return. Don't use DHL or TNT to return your orders as these carriers will not deliver to us.

We take pride of our House of CB items, so anything returned should be new, unused and with all our security garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

If you’re returning something faulty, damaged or soiled please contact RETURNS@HOUSEOFCB.COM prior to sending any return.

House of CB insures each purchase during the time it’s in transit until it’s delivered to you. For all deliveries we require a signature, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

Not the receiver of the purchase? If you got your House of CB items as a gift or something similar, then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

We’d hate for you to not receive your order. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they’re on their way to you.

Your security is important to us, so before we can dispatch your purchase we may need you to confirm your details with your card issuer. Delays aren’t fun for anyone so we’ll do our best to make it quick.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted. This includes a 24 period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods, when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.

We’re all about good relationships and we work closely with our shipping partner to minimise the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.

To minimise delays, we recommend using your work address as your delivery address.
