Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

How To Use
Regimen Step: One
Frequency: One to three times daily - AM and PM. Start usage every other day and progress to up to three times daily.
Method: Start usage every other day. Apply to face, scalp, or body. Work into a lather. After several minutes, rinse thoroughly with water. Increase to once or twice daily as tolerated.
Pro tips: Use in combination with Vivant’s Mandelic Acid skin care products to reduce residual bacteria, lift hyperpigmentation, or open impacted pores.

Mandelic Acid: A naturally derived extract of bitter almonds. Particularly effective in targeting acne, age spots, discoloration, and wrinkles while minimizing irritation. A natural skin lightener.
Green Tea Extract: Rich in Vitamins E and C, a powerful antioxidant with anti-inflammatory and astringent properties. Beneficial for maintenance of collagen formation and healthy skin.
Grape Seed Oil: A hydrating agent rich in nutrients and free-radical fighting antioxidants. Helps tighten skin and combat effects of UV radiation.
Kiwi Fruit Extract: Potent antioxidant with anti-inflammatory enzymes.
Vitamin C content makes it a collagen and moisture booster as well.
Honey: Natural humectant with long lasting hydrating effects. Also contains anti-bacterial enzymes to clarify and protect skin.

This fantastic wash is inot only deal for treating acne, hyperpigmentation and rosacea-affected skin, it is also effective for cleansing skin within an ageless regimen as it will also reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. This formulation is naturally derived from the Extract of Bitter Almonds, and Green Tea Extract, and in addition features Grape Seed Oil, Kiwi Fruit Extract and Honey which together provide a potent hydrating cleanser rich in nutrients and free-radical fighting antioxidants to help tighten and refresh skin while combatting the effects of UV exposure. I began using the Mandelic wash 2 weeks ago and my skin has never been more clear. I struggle with hormonal acne from time to time, especially around jaw line and this has kept me clear, while not overly drying my skin. The bottle is small but a little bit goes a long way. I am a big fan, love it!
